Customer Care – redefining professionalism

Caring for customer is one of the focus areas of all the organizations delivering services. Fineness in providing customer service is the doorway to a successful business. If the people who come into first contact with the customers perform poorly, the image of the organization is also damaged.

This course was designed with the intend to offer the required expertise and knowledge on the delivery of fine customer care and strengthen the customer base aligning the native way – The Bhutanese Way.

Thus, the training program of 5 days was intended for Customer Service Personnel, Relationship Officers, New Recruits, Sales & Marketing Personnel, Media Personnel, Front Desk Officials and relevant officers.
