Twelve years of experience in banking in the areas of Banking Operations, Branch Management, International Banking operations, Value Added Services, Marketing coupled with core project member of Core Banking Software upgradation project and revamp of the Banking Policy & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
For last 12 plus years demonstrated ability in a broad range of skills and competence involving in managing the operations of a branch office, heading various divisions, experiences in designing and implementing operational procedures in Banking operations, people management with focus on day to day operations, in house training and performance appraisal.
Demonstrated leadership, dynamism and innovation skills by introducing the first ever knowledge sharing session and by winning the idea generation competition of the bank. Years of experience in establishing and maintaining rapport with stakeholders, customers, fellow staff and the management.
Presently, heading the Training, Curriculum Design and Marketing division of Financial Institutions Training Institute and two years of experience in training, curriculum design and marketing.
