The Financial Institutions Training Institute (FITI) launched the Junior Associate (JA) Certification, a Continuing Professional Development Program (CPDP) on 6th May 2020.
The program will be offered through distance learning mode to those working in the financial service sector. JAFITI is one of the three long-term flagship programs of FITI. The program is integral in ensuring and assisting the industry practitioners to enhance their knowledge and skills to respond to the emerging industry and regulatory changes, practices and development. The program is developed to provide opportunities to broaden and enrich the bankers’ knowledge, skills and values to critically evaluate the business environment and ultimately, provide professional services and leadership to support sustainable business development.
The program will be further supplemented using eLearning interactive platform which can be accessed from all over the country.
